I’m a Business Analyst & PMO at an ICT consulting firm, in the ICT Strategy & Governance practice. I work between business people and technical teams: I gather requests, turn them into clear requirements and keep projects on a realistic plan.
Outside working hours I build my own products, from idea to release. The main one is Flumio, an app for accounts, spending and investments. I use AI as a tool: the decisions, the method and the result are mine.
