Problem
Work notes, ideas, reading, decisions: scattered across notebooks, apps and chats. When I needed them, I couldn’t find them.
Approach
One collection of plain-text notes, linked together like a network. No rigid folders: the links are what matters. And one rule: every note must be readable by an AI agent too.
What I built
An archive split into areas (work, projects, career, training, ideas) and a daily journal that ties them together. The agents of my Personal AI OS use it to answer my questions and update it after every task.
Outcome
It’s brand new and grows every day. I already find in seconds what used to take half an hour.
